位置絕佳，就在paradigm mall樓上，下樓就是各種餐廳商店和各種娛樂設施，房間很大，泳池比較簡陋，臥室可以看到日出

非常有年味的一個商場，大堂裡面漢語的節日氣氛很讓人有安心的感覺！

Unit #28-05 1. Wifi didnt worked throughout whole stay, No Resolution so requested for compensation, owner no respond 2. Since Wifi didnt worked, tried watch TV, also not working 3. Air-Con smelt so bad, Only used the fan, Didnt stay in apartment much 4. Using fan only mattress had issues too, the smell lingered on mattress too 😪 5. Master bedroom’s 🚿 area kept on flooding even though open drain cover 6. Sofa was very uncomfortable cos no more cushion, literally can feel the metal below the cushion It is a unit issue, stayed other units before is 👌🏻 Mgnt/Service needs improvement as Wifi is not a small concern

Had booked a 1 bedroom apartment. Check in instruction was given via whatapp a day before. Deposit of $200 Rm is required cashless via bank account transfer at touch&go app. There was a service counter but service was not provided. You are expected to communicate with the operator via whatapp for both check in & check out.

房間很大，入住舒適。但是沒有像富麗公主灣的民宿那樣會定時打掃和供應飲用水。浴室熱水量較小，希望改進。周圍飲食選擇很多

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

Honestly, this service apartment is nice and value for money for family Loved the bed and pillows. This is the 1st time all of us can sleep well. They provided each person with 2 pillows! The only issues we have is when we 1st entered the unit, there is a stale air smell. We opened the window and fan to allow air circulation. After back from shopping, this is gone Location is great, linked to paradigm mall.

- Located at paradigm mall residence where Skudai, Residence, condo, all into 1 reception.  - Self check in, include inserting deposit of RM220 include tax.  - Requested for Motor parking and receive another card to access lift floor and entrance building. - Receive only 1 card for room and a PIN code for the rest of family who doesn’t hold the room card.  - Entering building and lift require different card to tap and go in. - Location is literally on paradigm mall. - Overall safe - Utilise the gym and swimming pool. - My children are happy and enjoyed their stay.

Clean and convenient. Will definitely come back again with my family. Highly recommended.

A random customer just enter my unit during my stay. Having the same password to different unit. No customer recovery provided. Quite disappointing. First and last time. But other than that, everything is fine.
